In a shared hosting environment all the CPU and RAM is shared across all the domains on the server.  This means that sometimes Your site will be slower and sometimes it will be lightning fast depending on many factors; such as, how many other current process are running.  If You need more resources specifically to Your website(s) then You may wish to consider upgrading to a better shared plan (such as Silver or Gold) or upgrade to a VPS or Dedicated server with all resources dedicated only to You!

That depends on a few important factor's.  First thing to consider is the resources needed.  Do You need more resources then a typcial shared plan offers?  Do You need direct root access to Your server to install other/custom operating system's or software?  Do You need to create custom nameserver's or set custom setting's?  If so then those are some of the reason's that a dedicated server might benefit You.  Depending on Your need's having a dedicated server might even be the only option.  If You have a large website with alot of user's then from a security standpoint alone a dedicated server might be Your best option.  If You can't decide let Me know and I will help You figure it out!

Sure do!  While we offer (3) levels of Shared hosting; You might need Your own Dedicated Server.  We got You covered!  Dedicated Server's are more expensive; however, they offer You many more benefit's.  Dedicated Server's are actual physical servers set up only for You!  You can choose how many core's the CPU has; how much RAM it has, how much STORAGE it has and so much more!  You can even choose what operating system it has installed!  It is literally Your own server to do with as You wish (You must still follow all law's and regulation's).  No one besides You and our support team has access!

That depends on the service in question.  Typically when a company offer's something "Unlimited" there are most always stipulations in place to safeguard the infrastructure from security issues and to ensure quality of the service.  For example a lot of companies that offer "Unlimited" data transfer will limit the speed of the transfer to the minimum speed once You hit a certain amount of resources used.  At Cyrus Hosting Service's we don't limit Your resources as long as they are within Your chosen plan and do not cause negative affects on other user's.
